jSUMMARY:
Provide administrative support to Risk Management Department by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsibilities include administrative support, receiving applications from sales offices and transmitting
them to designated analysts.
• Coordinates the credit application process including data entry, screening contents, uploading documents
and following up with sales offices as necessary.
• Organize and maintain Risk Management documents, generate, prepare and provide ad hoc reports etc. in
compliance with department policies and procedures.
• Assist department team members in coordinating meetings and schedules.
• Coordinate with credit departments in subsidiaries, exchanging information, monthly Aged Trial Balance,
General Reserve, etc. for the mutual avoidance of credit risk, especially for duplicate customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Finance or Accounting background preferred. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication
skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, detail orientation and computer literacy are a must. Experience working
with SAP a plus. Computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP, etc.).
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
1-2 years relevant experience

Educational requirements:
