Seeking motivated individual with a proactive and detail-oriented personality to support the day-to-day activity of Director of Communications and other diverse staff support duties within an Non For Profit Company. Prior experience working within a senior level manager focused on Human Resources.

Candidate should be comfortable working in a demanding environment.

Role:

Answering telephones.
Drafting and editing written documents.
Tracking of and follow-through on multiple ongoing / long-term projects.
Maintaining calendars, arranging meetings and telephone conferences.
Maintaining physical organization of client’s office and files.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3 years of work experience required.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – with a command of proper grammar.
Superior organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to follow-up on delegated assignments and employ judgment in prioritizing activities.
Articulate, energetic and eager to learn.
Professional demeanor and comportment.
In-depth knowledge of current office software (primarily Microsoft Word, Outlook) and competence in undertaking internet-based research.
