This international fashion firm is a fast-growing company that designs and sources high-end golf apparel and sportswear, sold online and at leading country clubs and resorts around the world. Their brands can be found in more than 25 countries.

The Executive Assistant works in our NYC office and reports to the Senior Management Team. This position plays a key role in the day to day operations of the office, and will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats in a fast paced work environment. This person should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. In addition, should be highly organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Responsibilities:

Organize office operations and procedures'
Order and organize office supplies
Make travel arrangements (Domestic & International) and completes expense reports
Overall maintenance of showroom
Act as the main point of contact for all operational vendors
Manages all service requests and follow up with building managemen
Greet and provide general support to visitors
Schedule internal and external meetings/events and appointments via Outlook for the executives as requested, including proactive maintenance of calendars
Prepare, compose, and type letters/memos/emails, graphs, charts, studies, presentations, miscellaneous reports, and research for the executives
Screen and direct calls, mail, and other communication to the appropriate person within the organization
Partner with HR, IT, and Managers on candidate and new hire requests
Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
Coordinate onsite catering needs
Assist on projects when called upon
Coordinate and manage care of Sales Meeting Properties in various states
Experience:

10+ years of experience as an office manager, executive assistant, or similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle information with discretion
This position cannot be remote
